GBI-Avis has five standard garage plans to choose from, and will build from those garage plans or yours.
All garage plans come as 24' X 24' two car garages standard but can be built to any size you desire.
We also build garages to accommodate larger vehicles or boats and car lifts.

examples of how they can be customized. Garages can be built stand alone or attached to your house.
We have plenty of optional upgrades for our garages to customize any model to your needs.
As with the modular home floor plans, the floor plans for garages can be modified.
