you can have your home built for as little as $2000 down. You won't be required to pay
any further costs until you get your occupancy permit and the keys to your new home!
That's right, all costs are deferred until you occupy your new home!
If you've been pre-approved for a mortgage and are ready to have a modular home
installed, our program can save you thousands of dollars in interest payments.
The main items needed to qualify for the program are:
- You're contracting with GBI-Avis to do all your site work
- You're contracting with GBI-Avis for one of our modular home packages

with the details of our end loan program.
If you qualify for our end loan program and GBI-Avis is hired to do all your site work you only need
to pay $2000.00 down to get your home installed. That's right, with the end loan program all it takes
is $2000 down and all other costs can be deferred until you get the keys to your new home!
