go from breaking ground to handing you the keys to your new modular home.
We own all our own equipment and can keep site costs down to help make your new home affordable.
When you contract with GBI-Avis for a modular home our employees will be on the job from start to finish.

you new home project below. You'll see that with GBI-Avis there is no need to work with anyone else.
You will NOT need to become your own contractor to get the job done.

If your customizing a modular home package or just building one of our garages, GBI-Avis does all
the site work for you. From excavation and grading, pouring foundations, plumbing and electrical hook-ups to
getting permits from the town or dealing with the utility companies you can sit back and relax knowing that
